On 9 November 2009, the first Back of the Ferry blog post was written. Almost 10 years later, we are still here drinking and talking about beer, beer travel, beer drunk on ferries and all sorts of other blatherings.
It is no time to be modest about this achievement. We are older than Untappd, the Crafty Pint, Craft Beer Review and Aust Brews News and in a genre where many bloggers have disconnected their keyboards – we are still going. Yes, our output is more sporadic and less prodigious than our heyday – but we are still going and of course still drinking new beers at new places anywhere where we can find them.
To celebrate this milestone we are introducing Back of the Ferry merch and we’d love you to get some.

Inductees will also be given instructions on where to embroider their induction number on the t-shirt a la the Australian Cricket Team.
