Wayward Everyday Pale
Great to see Mr Liquor stocking a new unique for us. I haven’t frequented Wayward Brewing of late, the boys from Camperdown are going from strength to strength. Along with Akasha (another brewer with superannuation heritage – a longer story for another day) – they add some craft cred to Mr Liquor’s fridge.
Craft brewers are looking for their smashable session beer – and this might be Wayward’s version. 4.2% ABV
Chooks colours in transition to Raiders
It is Rugby League Grand Final weekend and the Eastern Suburbs Roosters are playing the Canberra Raiders in the decider. I love my league but had my team ripped away from me in the late 90s. I haven’t found a replacement for the Bears.
Raiders Green
I was originally annoyed that the colours on the bridge were those of the Chooks. Ah – are the Chooks pretending to be Sydney’s team against the interlopers from the ACT. No fear, as we rounded the Opera House the tri-colours were replaced by the lime green of the team I hope wins. Go the Raiders.
