Plonked close to the corner of Boundary and Vulture streets is Catchment Brewing Co. On a Tuesday eve it was relatively quiet compared to its Boundary St cousins.
I couldn’t understand why. The beer list and drinking space were excellent. My partner in crime had already punched out the pale ales and IPAs at hand. I satisfied my parched thirst with a more than acceptable lager, Why Not.
I can only suggest if you come to Brisbane, and want to ease your way through a few craft breweries, you can’t do much better than Brisbane’s West End and bookending your experience at the Catchment.
