I’ve been in Brisbane’s West End 10 minutes and I love it. Restaurants spilling on to the street, families walking about at night and craft breweries. Pumping. And it’s a Tuesday night.
Brisbane Brewing has a sniff of an entrance off Boundary St leading you in to a tardis-like space that includes kitchen, brewery and a string of varied seating options.
The range of brews is excellent and the food is a couple of increments better than your normal brewpub fare.
I kicked off with the Long Day Rye IPA (love ryes) and it was exemplary. As an added bonus the merch is excellent. We love good merch here at backoftheferry.
