A Mad Brewer
This absolutely excellent lager was enjoyed at another fine menu establishment, The Local Taproom (review to follow). Mad Brewers Scribbly Gum Lager is a limited release line from the team at
The Malt Shovel Brewery. It is fruity and rich with lots of body. It has a mild kick at 6.5%. I punched this one out just as I was going to dive into some tapas. Just – bloody – perfect!
