Celebrated Micky McGlinn’s birthday with a quick lunch at small bar. In short, outstanding. A turn of the century (1900’s) terrace has been converted to a 3 story bar. You certainly wouldn’t want to take on the stairs with too many under the belt as it’s steep. In fact if you haven’t lived in an inner city terrace – you practice it stone cold sober first.
Danger aside, this place is a cracker. Not one for a big crowd, but great for 8 or less. Small selection of boutique beers and Pure Blonde. Limited food, but all the major food groups covered. “Bogan” wine and other selections by the glass or bottle.
Will be interesting to see how it goes when it’s packed – but definitely worth a return visit.
