There’s a new macro brewer in town. Casella Family Brewers have hit the market in a big and different way. Bus shelters across Sydney are imploring drinkers to vote between two beers.
That’s old news. What’s new news is that Casella’s sales rep has done pretty mighty job and has got both the Brew 51 and Brew 34 on the menu at the Qantas Club in Sydney. Not a bad way to raise a beer’s profile in a nice demographic.
So I tried the two, and in close run thing between two underwhelming beers I’ll opt for the 51. Why? Longer after taste.
