Wahoo – Yippee!

This bottle has sorely tempted several BotF reviewers but somehome never got tasted. Until now. Wahoo Premium Ale is brewed by Gage Roads in Fremantle. Wahoo is malty and light with a rich after taste. But not too rich that I couldn’t punch these out all arvo.

It has to be said though that the Wahoo bottle is the dreaded 330ml ‘schmiddie’ size reviled by all BotF contributors. My presumption is that the brewers are all trying to reduce the government tax on their alcohol content, which is calculated on volume, but I am happy to be corrected.
