Celine is from Brisbane so it was understandable that she dressed like Scott of the Antarctic for her induction voyage. For a moment it looked like we were going to need snorkels for this trip to Manly, but after a brief deluge the weather gods smiled and we were rain free from the Opera House.
The journey through the heads was better than a ride at Luna Park and the Freshwater handled the swell with aplomb.

Favourite beverage: Piper Heidsieck – but bubbles, preferably champagne and never Prosecco
Favourite sport to spectate: People watching in the Virgin Lounge
Area of trivial expertise: The minute differences between policies, procedures, guidelines and frameworks
Favourite pub of all time and why: I don’t really have one. Anyone’s kitchen, back deck or golf clubhouse.
