The back of the ferry is a social place and over the years we learnt that the world is a small place and you’ll meet someone who knows someone who knows you. Social circles often overlap and that’s the case with our latest inductee – Rob. Rob is a spicily spoken raconteur that has been on the boat for ages – but never inducted. The 5.50pm is having a purple patch with perfect climactic and aesthetic conditions and when #100 and #1 realised Rob didn’t have a number – we sought to remedy that.
Favourite beverage: XPA (at the moment Philter XPA)
Favourite sport to spectate: At the moment, the NRL (for those that know Rob, this is probably a surprise)
Area of trivial expertise: “Temptations of the flesh”
Favourite pub of all time and why: The Duke of Wellington in Heywood. “Great beer and great chicks”
