Manly’s happy hour war has been comprehensively won by 4 Pines

Last year we observed a torrid happy hour war being waged in Manly between the Bavarian and the original 4 Pines Brewpub. Well, the new year has seen 4 Pines emerge the victor in the war by a long shot.

The Bavarian’s happy hour from 4 to 6 now serves 300ml beers for $5 as opposed to the 500ml handles that were previously on offer (That said, the staff at the Bavarian are so hopeless they probably pour out 500ml to deliver a 300ml glass). 4 Pines continue to make their core available by the pint for $6, which is a fabulous deal and one of which we take regular advantage. Long may it continue.
