BoTF is back in Shanghai and once again sampling the wonderful offing at “The Brew”. First cab off the rank is Pils and it doesn’t disappoint. Described as being brewed with precision with a golden straw colour and grassy noble hop aroma combined with a toasted malt character. It has a nice morish fruity finish and definitely sessionable.
Leon is a Master Brewer of some notoriety and is a certified brew master from the UK Institute of Brewing and Distilling more details below. Leon your on a winner mate now all you have to do is put these master brews in a bottle so we can take some home with us.
