This pilsner (note spelling – easy to drop an extra ‘e’ in there) has a clean and slightly sweet hoppy taste with a beautiful malty follow through. It has a Pale Ale sibling that will be sampled in the near future.
Good as it is, the 330ml bottle still gives the botf boys the irrits. I’d love to see a great local premium beer brewer throw caution to the wind and punch out a standard 375. Here’s hoping.

Controversial on the spelling because Reschs spell Pilsner – Pilsener. We might have to go to Pilsen to sort it out.
