BotF has previously written about Stone & Wood and their Pale Ale. We’ve now been able to lay our hands on a 6 pack of their Draught Ale and it’s another fine drop from Byron Bay. Slightly cloudy in appearance, this has plenty of big aromas. Good hoppy flavours that last in the mouth for some time.
Very attractive packaging as well, with one small gripe – they need a different bottle top per beer. I guess that is an overhead a small brewer doesn’t need, but BotF’s cantina loves them.
I can’t wait to get to Byron Bay and swim in a vat of this stuff.
